What I saw was enough for me to return it to the library, since I found it disturbing, and not just the swear words, which are all over YA literature anyway. I would not recommend it for teens, but if they seek it out and like it - hey, it's a free world. And the author thinking it's fine for teens to read it, well ... of course, for an author, the more people read it the better. A high school inviting the author? Now that is something I do not understand, and I am a school librarian. (less)
