I'd say no.It has some mature themes,such as domestic abuse.Also some parts are pretty depressing.

I read it at 11 but was a pretty mature reader, are some themes that make it a Jacqueline Wilson Older Readers, but if she has read others by this Author, Older Readers or not it, i would say yes
