hello, I was rereading/listening to Somebody killed his editor and was wondering if you have an editor like Rachel "suggesting" ideas for books about boys in suitcases and such? :)

Josh Lanyon Ha! No. But I used to have an agent who would come up with ideas. In fact, that's how I ended up writing a yoga series. Although I had done martial arts and Tai Chi, I had not really ever done any yoga until I began writing the Mantra for Murder series.

So that was a happy circumstance because it turns out I love yoga. :-D

I've had editors ask if I have any interest in writing a certain thing, but never have I run into any professional quite as manic as Rachel. ;-)
