How do I understand the language in Pride and Prejudice? I'm 13 and we haven't studied it in school but I would like to read it for fun but I can't understand even the first page! Can someone please help me out!

I don't know if it was that my copy was too old or that my reading skill wasn't high enough but my suggestion is to pick a different book and read this one when you're older. Or you could try another copy. I read pride and prejudice this year, I'm 16, and I loved it. Had I read that other copy when I was 13 I don't think I would have. (less)
