Can someone who has the Kindle version of this please do a search for the word 'nodded'? These characters seem to nod in every single conversation, often even when they go ahead and say "Sure" or "I agree" or something else implied by nodding. Bosch himself nods constantly. I would honestly guess it appears around 100 times.

LOL - I didn't do a count, but have made the same observation in his other books. Both Harry Bosch and Mickey Haller do a lot of nodding. Chiropractors will love them!
