Is Sufficiently Advance Magic available as a hard copy in Canada? I only see the ebook on amazon (and a 3rd party seller trying to sell the paperback for $80).

Andrew Rowe The paperback is published through Kindle Direct Publishing's paperback service, which doesn't appear to support Canada just yet. They should be adding Canada in the coming months. In the meantime, your best bet is probably to see if you can order from Amazon.com instead - I believe they will still ship to Canada (there may be a small extra charge, however).

I apologize for the inconvenience, and I hope the publisher adds official support for Canada soon.
