Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Lorana Hoopes I've been working on A Father's Love for months, but I wanted the story to really focus on the love for a child changing a man, and I kept starting with guys that were too nice. I finally had to write Maxwell horrible in the beginning so that he had a chance to change. It was hard, and I guarantee you will hate him in the beginning, but give him a chance.
