Hi. As an aspiring Author, what is one of the best ways to get your books noticed in the beginning? Your work is amazing and it truly speaks for itself but how did you first get people to notice you? I thank you for your time and advice.

Hi Ellie.
When I started I was a newbie to book world. I didn't have any friends who were authors and I didn't know any bloggers. I set out and researched all of the blogs who reviewed my kinds of books. I then went and individually emailed all of them (note: do not form email them. A blatant copy and paste with 'to whom it may concern' is an automatic ignore most times) and introduced myself, said I was a new author, and asked if they'd like to read my new book (Driven) in exchange for a review. I emailed over 330 blogs and I think I had a little over 40 say yes. That was how I got my foot in the door.
