I have loved all of your books, and I was wondering when your next one will be out? And will they be a new "universe" or will they continue on with one of your other books?

Amy Harmon I have a contemporary romance coming at the first of the year called The Smallest Part. I have a historical coming in early 2019--traditionally published books are always a long way out -- and I am planning another book in The Bird and the Sword Chronicles as well as a new standalone fantasy.

I am so happy I discovered your books on a whim. You have mastered historical fiction. I have enjoyed all that I have learned from characters I became deeply connected to. I do have a question, I've read 3 books and all seem to end with your female protagonist bearing her husband sons. Just curious if that's coincidence or if there a reason to the sons over daughters?
