S.E., I just completed my debut Novel, and I wanted to ask you what are some techniques that I can use to improve as a writer?

S.E. Smith Hi Andrew. Congratulations!! It is always exciting when you finish a story. You asked a fabulous question. As with anything, you'll discover the more you write that you will improve. Listen to your readers, especially your Beta Readers and editors. Each person brings a different perspective from the other to your story and sees different things that mean something to them. If you recognize and combine those into your story, it will make it stronger. Remain true to your characters. That is very important. There are more, but these are some critical first thoughts.
