Reviews are great, Vanessa. You don't want to know what authors do when they get a particularly pleasing one. Okay, maybe you do. They get excited. They dance around, they print them up and put them in frames, they go out and plant trees in the reviewer's name-- Oh, wait...not all authors do that? Maybe it's just some of us... Don't quote me on it. (Reviewers? You could join my Push Sect--er Set on Facebook to become one of those folk I plant trees for. https://www.facebook.com/groups/32850...)
