Yes - we are working on another stand alone, though we're currently keeping all details of that hush for now :)
Fallen Heir is coming out on Aug 28th. Right now we're not planning on doing pre-orders for the print version, but for sure as of August 28th you'll be able to order the print version as well.
We certainly can NOT give any info on Easton's girl - you'll have to wait until Fallen Heir for the answers you seek ;)
