Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Lisa Rosinsky I've always wanted an older sibling. When I was in middle school, I invented one. I told all my friends I had an older brother named Steve, who had purple hair and was in the Peace Corps. They finally figured out that Steve wasn't real, but I've always wondered--what would it be like to find out, as a teenager, that you had a sibling you never knew about?
