Hi Katie!!! I was reading one of your answers to another fans question and you said that there will be a couple stories featuring cowboys. Is this going to be another series? And I'm pretty sure I remember you saying that Fireman Steve will get his own story. Will that be in the K-9 series, since he moved to Monroe? I loved Run To Ground by the way!!!

Katie Ruggle Hi Gina! Yes, I get to write about cowboys (and horses--very exciting for a horse nerd like me)! It'll be a two-book series starting in Oct 2018 (Christmas cowboys!). Don't worry, though, because Fireman Steve will definitely get his happy ending (not in the K9 series, but very possibly in the first cowboy book ;-)). Thank you!!

Hi Katie, I hope the new year has been good to you so far! I was wondering if you have any plans in the future to continue the Rocky Mountain K9 Unit series? It's my favorite series ever and i've read them all multiple times. Hugh is my favorite character and i'm dying to see him again. (and of course everyone else too, I miss Monroe so much!)
