I loved the first 2 Kick at the Darkness books and I intend to read more of your books and series. I am an Kindle Unlimited subscriber and I would like to know: why are some of your books are in the program and some are not? I am not opposed to buying books and supporting authors, but I am curious about how you choose which books to include.

Not all of my books are in KU because of Amazon's exclusivity clause. To be in KU, the book can't be for sale anywhere else. So I will put books in for minimum 3-month terms, and then make them available widely at other sellers for those readers who have Kobos or Nooks, etc. I've been rotating my books in and out, so they'll all be in KU at some point, but not all at the same time.
