For some reason I was not seeing my dashboard. All fixed now so these answers are late. Sorry for the delay.
Witers's block is always difficult and lately I've hit that hard wall a few times. When it seems insurmountable, I write other things, poetry, lists of things to go into next work, lists of words, etc. Sometimes I fiddle with blog ideas but in the throes of block they usually feel flat too. Poetry frequently spurs me out of the doldrums.
