Elizabeth Hoyt Unfortunately yes. This seems to happen with every one of my books. If you pre-order the book in the UK (thank you!) you're pre-ordering the US edition. But I have a UK publisher (Piatkus) so when Piatkus loads the UK edition to Amazon you get bumped off the US pre-order and (this is the part I don't understand) you'll get an email saying the book is cancelled instead of telling you to go pre-order the UK edition. It is very, very frustrating.
