Hi Linwood, I have read and reread over and over every single one of your books, any book written by you is my go to book when I don't have a new book to read! I am yet to read Parting Shot as I can't afford to buy it just yet (i recently had a second daughter so money is tight!) but when can we next expect a new book from yourself? 2018 or 19? Also, is there any authors you would recommend? Thank you, India.

The next thriller for adults will be late spring or summer 2018. No title yet. And in about three weeks, my first thriller for young readers, Chase, will be out, but just in Canada and the UK. If you are in the UK, and have never read my four early novels about Zack Walker, all four will be coming out between August and November. As for authors I'd recommend, The Force, by Don Winslow, came out today, and it's terrific. And I can't wait for the new Michael Connelly. But there are so many authors I love, it's hard to list them all. All the best!

Hi Linwood! I really enjoyed re-reading Zack Walker series earlier this year. I think Zack is such a great character, he is easy to imagine in real life. I noticed a few similarities between you and Zack - you both were writing for a paper, for example - so, I was wondering if you based Zack on some of your life experience, and if yes - did any of the funny "crazy" situations in the books come from your life?...
