Gina Briganti
Gina Briganti asked Tobey Alexander:

What was the first thing you wrote?

Tobey Alexander The first "proper" story I wrote was when I was at College (England) when I was about 17-18 and it was a twisted serial killer story called "The Gravy Train". I spent a lot of time on it but it fell into the ether when I lost my hard drive. I do intend to re-write it now I have grown as a writer (or at least I hope I have). The story was about a transgender killer whose motivation was based on her father's rejection of her sexuality, it was your typical "cat and mouse" style cop/killer story but got admittedly very bleak when I ended the story.

I have always written as a hobby but never really tried to make anything of them until The Gravy Train. It was followed by some more attempts to write during University (fantasy series but again I wasn't ready as a writer so it was far from my best work).

Hope you're enjoying The Magdon Series.
