Hi, Cookie! I absolutely adored both of your books, but Ninja Girl has quickly become one of my favorite book of all time. I have been taking karate for about six years and found the fight scenes awesome and believable. So believable, in fact, that it made me wonder if you had martial arts or self defense training yourself! If so, what have you trained in? Snow and Ash are my OTP! Please write more of them!

Hi Tara! Wow, that is SO cool that you've studied karate for that many years. The martial arts have always fascinated me, whether it be in real life, movies or books. Seriously, it takes so much discipline and hard work, and I totally respect that. I have to confess I've never actually trained in them myself--BUT I have trained in dance :). This definitely helped me to visualize (and write) the fight scenes, how the bodies would move and react, the style and type of movements etc. I also researched several different types of martial arts and, of course, Bruce Lee (who is amazing!). Also, I just gotta say: thank you so much for your reviews! It was awesome to read them. I love how much you love Snow and Ash because I love them, too. I'm thrilled that you enjoyed their story, and I hope you have a great week!

I'm apparently on a Cookie O'Gorman binge and have an important question for you - the lead character in Cupcake - I couldn't see a name for them - saw Rhys for the male lead but no other names. Anywho, my question is - have we seen this lead in a previous book? Or is it a whole new character?
