So first off I'd like to say 'Diary of an Oxygen Thief' is actually a series (kind of), and you can find related books just like it anywhere, for example, 'Chameleon On a Kaleidoscope' is an amazing spin off as a book quite similar to Oxygen Thief. 'No Longer Human' is also a quite similar book, though being written in Japanese. I do believe you can find it translated in english somewhere. 'Eunuchs and Nymphomaniacs' along with 'Chameleon in a Candy Store' are also spin-offs by the same author, Vivian Walsh. If your seeking a good book with the same hauntingly beautiful glow, but entirely fiction, I would recommend 'Song of Achilles', 'Circe', and 'They Both Die at the End.'
