What inspired you to become a writer?

Glynnis Campbell Since the time I first learned to read, I've always enjoyed words. So it was natural when I was young to express my creativity in that medium. (I was also quite shy, and the written word was a great communication tool.) I've used other media--dance, music, songwriting, voiceover acting--but I always come back to writing. Once I learned I could make a living with my words, I began to invest most of my energy into writing books!
