I've just finished reading "Flesh" and loved it. But, as a Brissie girl, I was disappointed that it appeared to have been written for an American audience (panties, undershirts, diapers, gas tanks, sidewalks etc). Did you deliberately write for an American audience or did I buy an edited version (from UK Amazon, incidentally)? I would have loved it even more if the vocabulary had been authentic.
