Kathleen asked Glynnis Campbell:

How long did it take you to get your first book published?

Glynnis Campbell I started fooling around with my first book when I was about 20 years old. But I didn't start taking a writing career seriously until I was about 40. By then, my first book had turned into three. I submitted Book 1 to publishers for about two years before I finally got an agent, who sold it in a few weeks. So in 2000, my first book, "My Champion," was on the shelves, followed by "My Warrior" and "My Hero." With indie publishing, of course, you can publish as soon as you're ready!
