I just saw where All The Light Falls will soon be out! Just finished Traitors Wife and have read all the Sisi books also. Hope to be reading your new one as soon as it hits the shelves. Where do you get your inspiration for such different kinds of stories and periods in time and places? What or how do you get interested in a person or time period?

Just finished Where the Light Falls. Fascinating. And I loved it because it's not an era of historical fiction I typically read. I read the notes at the end, but I'd love to hear more about your research. How did you come to learn of the real life people some of the characters were based on? I find myself fascinated now with an era I knew next to nothing about.
