Shaghaf Awad I was hoping he would be. But again, there was a war. People tend to die in wars. Pointless deaths. So as much as it hurts me, I believe Thomas should "remain" dead.

Ashley H I just finished the book today and I think he is. Julia Quinn has said "there's at least" one more after The Other Miss Bridgerton - which I assume is Georgiana's story, but she didn't say "only one more" ... and we didn't see a body so I really think he is.
