In what time period did The Secret Garden take place?

Aili It is believed that the events of the book were inspired by a cholera outbreak that took place around 1906-1907, and it's quite easy to work out the chronology from there. Mary would arrive at Misselthwaite in the winter of 1907 or 1908.
