FYI third time lucky... amazon finally credited me and resupplied the correct title as their update system was not working, just in case their are others still having this problem?...

Josh Lanyon Ah! Okay. Well, that's terrific they were finally able to fix you up. I significant number of readers have had to ask CS to manually push the updates through. There does seem to be complications depending on the age of the kindle reader and country and whether your preferences are set to update automatically.

So glad everything finally worked out!
