Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

K.A. Meng Superior Species came from my love of paranormal books with monsters and me wanting to make the monsters feared once again. The First Scheme (Plots & Schemes Vol 1) came from two things I put together. I've been wanting to do a revenge type story and I've been wanting to do a story about an organization that commits crimes.
