Hiya no this book hasn't been published before. I've just finished reading this book and I thought that the it sounds familiar and it is because Milly Johnson has published a book called The Teashop On The Corner which came out in 2014 and is based on Spring Hill Square and the owner is called Leni which The Queen Of Wishful Thinking mentions.
If you haven't read The Teashop On The Corner yet I recommend it.

Me too, it's not the same as 'Teashop' but all the way through I was thinking I have read this previously. Perhaps it's one of those that has been reissued with another cover
