Sorry, I haven't been on Goodreads in quite a while. Just came here to enter my latest book....This time poetry.
At any rate, an ebook would be fine.
It seems, I no longer am associated with Kirkus (they coincidentally stopped assigning me reviews when I started publishing my own books; and I haven't heard from them in over a year), so my review will only be here and Amazon, or whatever sites you list on.
Was always ambivalent about writing for them after I realized they charged $400+ for their reviews. Kind of a rip off.
At any rate, let me know when and how you want to send it; and again, I apologize for my tardy response.
