My reading list right now consists of just two books as I'm an impulsive reader who never knows which book will catch her eye next.
The first book on my list is "Lab Girl", by Hope Jahren, described as: An illuminating debut memoir of a woman in science; a moving portrait of a longtime friendship; and a stunningly fresh look at plants that will forever change how you see the natural world. Not a lot to go on, but it's won so many accolades it must be amazing!
The second book is "A Gentleman in Moscow", chosen as the best book of the year by everybody who's anybody and described this way: a transporting novel about a man who is ordered to spend the rest of his life inside a luxury hotel. Check out this review excerpt: a luscious stage set, backdrop for a downright Casablanca-like drama.” –The San Francisco Chronicle.

Hi Barbara, I am sure you saw my review of the 5th Jamie Quinn, but I had to let you know personally how very much I enjoyed this book. It was so much fun, and I really wish Jamie were real. I know she would be a great and fun friend. I am not the best at writing reviews, but I had to let you know again how much I enjoyed Jamie again, and of course now..... When is the next book ... :) ? Cheryl
