How are people already being able to read MONSTER? I know that publishers give out Advanced Reader's Copies to generate hype, but the reviews that are out are from people who don't have followings, so I'm confused.

Michael Grant I don't quite understand it, either. Some people get the physical ARC, some people get a digital version, and who gets what and when and why is all something that happens in New York.
