Why is this called Beneath a Scarlet Sky? Does "Scarlet Sky" have some significance I don't know about? I don't remember any mention of anything like that in the actual book. Maybe it just sounded like a cool title?

At the end of the book, he quotes Pino talking about living his life and he mentions scarlet skies as a metaphor.
