Is it just me or is Into the Water hard to read because its so jumbled with all characters? I can't grasp the whole plot because I am always confused where its going.

It has taken me forever and a day to finish this book, and I usually blow through the good ones. Bummed, because I loved The Girl on the Train and I bought this one for my mother, who also loved it. A muddled and complicated plot that really made it hard to enjoy, let alone follow along. (less)
