I like a good plot twist, especially ones I don't see coming. Some of these books, I've already read, but Bittersweet by Miranda Beverly-Whitmore is on my list. I also plan to reread the Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. I read it long ago, but I've been watching the series on Hulu and noticed there are minor changes. It's so appropriate for our times and I want to revisit the written word. I'll also be reading and reviewing indie books to help out my colleagues. Reviews are gold for indie authors and there are some good ones out there
