My books are only available on Amazon as Kindle and Print both. (They are also enrolled in Kindle Unlimited.)

I'll take the opportunity to add that Dax has a giveaway for residents of the USA, Canada and UK going on until May 21st 2017, and on that last day it will also be free on Kindle.
