Why three short books for the new Godmother series as opposed to one book?

Fern Michaels This was the editor's decision. I actually wrote the book Extra! Extra! last year. It was then decided to re-release the previous books in the Godmothers' series as a lead-up to this book since it would be the final book in the series. Next it was decided to first release it as a 3 part e-serialization (this was done for the first book in the Men of the Sisterhood series) and then next year the printed book will be released. I am not sure if the title will still be Extra! Extra!, though.

Have you ever used a name from one of your readers? My name is so different, I really think it would be cool in print. You probably have seen it before. It's spelled like the Medical journal JAMA. But it isn't. It's pronounce Jay Ma. Oh well just wanted to know.
