L. I don't hope that for my part, I want them to have children but not before centuries. Before that I want them to enjoy each other company (just the two of them) as they have declared each other during acomaf.
Sabrina ♥️ WHY ? I just want to ask people WHY, why does they always want the Heroine to make children, children and children ? Feyre is young, she has 20 years old (21 at most), even if she was still human, she would still be way too young for me to have a child, I mean DID YOU think about having a child at that age ? And above all, AFTER NOT EVEN A YEAR OF RELATIONSHIP WITH SOMEONE ? Not to mention that she's now immortal, she has the rest of eternity to think about it ! Rhys is old, he has more than 500 years guys and he has plenty enjoyed his life with his friends and all until now, so why can't Feyre be allowed to live as much as him does before bothering herself with children ? I think Feyre deserves just to live, to enjoy her life just the same amount of time as Rhys did before even considering having children. That's wouldn't be fair for me if it wasn't the case, but that's just my opinion of course.
Sweet Mary I thought since ACOMAF that feyre and rhys was that kind of modern couple who didn't want to have children..and when I read ACOWAR, I was so, so disappointed of that. Why is there always the appearance of a child in YA couples? As if it was the end of a couple, that a couple wasn't complete without having children? We are no longer men of prehistory who feel the need to have children to perpetuate the species (because at the base, the feeling of falling in love and the desire to have children is just that). And when we read the explanation of the origin of the mating bond by rhys (and it was so primitive), it disgusts me! And then feyre's son was slapped in her face with the bone carver I was really disappointed by this couple, who became so ordinary and superficial because of that!
Jane Disappointed, I was so much disappointed when I was reading ACOWAR and when I learn the "confirmation" of the fact that Feyre will bear children in the future (thanks to the Bone Carver appearance). I was so happy when I read the conversation between Feyre and Rhys toward the end of ACOMAF, when Rhys said that he didn't mind having Feyre for the rest of eternity. I thought at this moment that they were this kind of couple; always together, just those two and forever, but it looks like it was just nice words from Rhys because at the end Feyre will still bear and raise children. I suppose this passage was just here for making another comparison between Rhys and Tamlin but at the end things won't change...such a disappointement.
Jetblack1999 You guys call Fyra "YOUNG" in America 21 might be young but in the book and most of the world 21 is not a young person. In the book they marry you off at the first blood - so what 14 ? By 21 most would have multiple kids. Plus the book explains why she would want to try and conceive 1. It can take a really long time for them to conceive 2. If you keep pushing it off - with their lifestyle & enemies she might never get a chance since there is always SOMETHING happening & someone to fight. 3. They have lived and gone thru more than most couples in 500 years together, so why not a child. I say DOOO EEET!
Aiysha I didn’t realise this would be so controversial... I also never thought of it that way... I suppose it’s refreshing to have a couple who don’t have children but I don’t think I’ve came across that many YA books where the main couple would have a child. Personally I think it’s exciting and heartening but I also agree with the fact feyre is young but i suppose it’s easy to forget when she’s been through so much and acts older than she is as a consequence.
Margaret Mae Saaaammmmmeeeee! I also really want to see their wedding. (if they ever have a legit wedding) This is set in winter though, after ACOWAR, so if Feysand even have kids they wouldn't be born yet, sadly.

Layla I'm hoping that they do have children but that the children come further down the road. I just need more Rhysand and Feyre
rin Idk it just said “an Illyrian baby” so it could be Nessian or something. Personally, I don’t want a Feysand child YET. I want them to enjoy living and being together rn. BUT I STILL WANT A FEYSAND CHILD IN THE FUTURE!!
Reem OH MY GOD ME TOO
