Lol. I suppose I'm always mining things in my life for the mysteries in my books. I used a lot of my mother's past for The Seduction of Water and there are some plots in my life that I've disguised (because they're personal) in the plots of several novels. One that I sometimes think of using is that my family owns a Warhol silkscreen that was given to my father fifty years ago that has not been authenticated.

Hi Carol, you are my very favourite writer and I loved both Fairwick and Blyhewood. My question is how was it working with your other half on The Black Swan trilogy? What were your methods in regards to who wrote what etc? Do you think you would collaborate again? Maybe it's more than one question...one question with appendices? I hope that's ok.
