How do you get inspired to write?

E. Kay Sims So many ways! I love music. I have a background in commercial and community radio. Music takes me into a whole other world. In fact, some songs inspire me to create stories or scenes for my books. I love nature and and the outdoors. Taking a walk is always inspiring. I'm a yoga teacher as well, so sometimes my yoga practice opens up places in my body and my mind too, which gets the creative juices flowing.
