Hi Tracy! First I want to tell you that you are one of two of my favorite female authors. I love all your books, but really enjoy Lady and The Unicorn and Virgin Blue the most because of the time period. I was wondering if you've ever considered writing anything even earlier than that?

I haven't considered writing something set earlier than Unicorn - but that's because I choose subjects before time periods. So I may get interested in, say, Mary Anning the fossil hunter and then discover she lived early 19th century - so I set it then. It is much harder researching further back (e.g. pre 1500) as there are so few records left. But you never know; I remain open-minded.

HI, have read and sometimes re read all of your wonderful books. I just a comment regarding the Unicorn tapestries and your response (altho I cannot find that right now) Want to mention that you don't have to go as far as Paris to see some very very WONDERFUL Unicorn tapestries at the Cloisters in NYC. Not only are they are treasure, but the entire Cloisters is magical.. hope you get a chance to go there?
