I've become a fan in a round about way. I bought copy of the Movie " Eragon " before ever reading the book. Needless to say, after watching it, I had to have more. So now i've read all of the Dragon series and still wish for more. Will there be more films? If so I hope it will be soon.I may not be your biggest fan but I may well be your oldest one at 78 in July.

I'm honored to hear that you've enjoyed the adventures of Eragon and Saphira so much! It's hard to say if there will be more films. The rights to bring the Inheritance Cycle to the big or small screen are owned by 20th Century Fox and, unfortunately, they don't currently have plans to reboot the series. My hope is that they do one day, but in the meantime, fans have been writing Fox’s new CEO/chairman Stacey Snider, at eragon.reboot@gmail.com, to request another movie. With luck, all of our voices will one day be heard!

Hi Christopher! On page 558 of Inheritance, when Eragon, Saphira, and Glaedr are in the vault of souls, there's a line that goes something like 'Eragon reached down and touched a gold and red egg, about 5 feet high' so, can dragons be multiple colours? Would the size of the egg when laid (5 vs 1 feet) affect the size of the hatchling inside? Will it continue to affect them their whole life, or would growth even out?

Did you invent the ancient elvin language that riders use to talk with their dragons? If so is this a copy right issue? I am a new writer and I am writing my first novel about dragons. If have any suggestions for a new author let me know. I was told by a magazine publisher that I wrote very well, so I thought I would give it an honest effort. I have read almost every book in print in the genres I like.
