Goodreads asked Phyllis Entis:

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Phyllis Entis There are so many, all of them related to food.

I am a retired food-safety microbiologist and active blogger on food safety issues. Several of the 'significant' recalls and food poisoning outbreaks over the years would provide grist for my murderous mill. In fact, I used a fictionalized version of one such outbreak/recall situation in The Chocolate Labradoodle Caper.

Most recently, I have been writing about the adulteration of Evanger's dog food with pentobarbital, a sedative and veterinary euthanizing agent. There are enough twists and turns in this story (which is on-going) to form the basis of one of my Capers. Maybe installment #5?
