Goodreads asked A.K. Frailey:

What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

A.K. Frailey Wow! This is a very creative question:) I could answer it on several levels: Literally, I have the on-going mystery of where the kids matching socks go in every load of laundry, the mystery of a missing beloved dog that disappeared one day, and the mystery behind impersonal hackers who once took down my website—for no reason I could discern.

On a more figurative level, I could delve into the mystery of my existence, the mystery of why some people cause great harm yet call it good, and the mystery of God in my life.

I'm sure that in any good story, we peek into many mysteries, even when we aren't writing a detective story because, in truth, much of our human journey is a mystery.

Thanks for the question—you really made me think! And before my first cup of coffee, too. Frankly, I wasn't sure it was possible.

God bless,
Ann
