Chris Quinton When I was a teenager, I worked as a stablehand at a racing stable and stud out in the countryside. It was based around an old manor house and all of us who worked with the horses had rooms up in the servants quarters in the attics. One of my jobs was getting the morning feeds ready, which meant being up by four in the morning.
