Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kristy E. Carter I don't recall exactly, I wanted to write a ghost story and Maiden's Peak is what came out instead.

The book started out as a NaNoWriMo project that I just sat down and wrote without a formal plan or outline. It changed a bit from its original form to its current incarnation but the backbone of the story is the same as I originally wrote it.
