If your weight is too high, it is hazardous to your health. That's *SCIENCE*. How can anyone claim otherwise and not just expect to be taken seriously but *be* taken seriously? That is the mystery.

Kelly It's almost as if you should read the book.
Sierralyn Cadima You can't just make claims like that without research to back it up. Overweight people may be unhealthy but so may skinny people. There isn't a study out there that proves that a higher weight causes health problems. However, there are countless studies by researchers who do not earn their livelihood off of manipulating people through the medical machine who have found that a moderately active "overweight" person is typically more healthy than a skinny stagnant person. Honestly, it's amazing how much can be learned when we allow ourselves to momentarily let go of our ignorance for long enough to learn something. If you are stuck in your fatphobic ways then so be it, but no need to troll individuals looking into this book so that they can be educated if you are only here to do just that, troll and deter others with your uninformed, problematic opinion.
