How does one obtain an advanced readers copy of a book? Ms. Penny's writing is like poetry, the pleasure is in reading what she composes. I will be waiting anxiously for this book only to devour it in a few hours of non stop reading! Her writing is like Manna from heaven. I read about 5 books a week but there are very few writers in the same league with Ms. Penny.

Asteropê In general you can get an ARC...
You can get them via giveaways, such as on Goodreads.
Some publishers do the same with digital ARCs. Penguin, for example, has a First to Read program. http://www.firsttoread.com
Many get them off NetGalley, but you usually have to have a large following on your blog/account/etc to even be considered.
Some people get them via the author themselves.
Some get them via their job - those that work at bookstores and other similar places often get ARCs sent to them (more accurately the place of work and they get access that way).
Professional reviewers or those with a well known name (via Youtube, Blogs, etc) and following often get them sent to them without even requesting them, because publishers want/hope they'd review the book.
Kat May I ask what you do for a living? I know that sounds odd, but indulge me.
