Scott As Eve herself says, learning V's identity or even seeing his true face would diminish him. V is an idea, which Eve herself embodies at the end of the book.
William Wright He is just every man, any man that want so right wrongs, fight back against the government. So in some aspects he's like Superman or any superhero really, set in a extrapolated 1984-ish situation.
